floaties/transparent overlays collection

I collected these over time mainly from sources that had them uncredited in the first place or old sites that are now gone, so if you recognize anything of yours on here and would like it taken down or linked back to you please let me know. What on earth are "floaties" and what's their use? Honestly I have no clue either they're just mesmerizing to me and they're typically too tall and skinny to be effectively used as dividers so they get their own category. I'm pretty sure most of these come from sayclub and were intended to overlay over dolls or something but don't quote me on that
